You know when you read something, or you see a piece of art, a photo, a room, or anything really, and it just makes you super excited and inspires you to create your own projects, artwork, design ideas, etc.?
Well, here are two things that made me feel that way.
The Selby Is in Your Place is an awesome book (and website) by photographer Todd Selby. I loved looking at the living and studio spaces of the creative types that Todd chose to photograph. Good timing too, since we’ll be moving soon and decorating a new place.
I know I’m behind the curve on this one, but I finally read an issue of ReadyMade Magazine. My husband thought that I would enjoy it, and as usual, he was spot on. Even though I wouldn’t want to duplicate most of the projects they featured in the magazine, it was a great jumping-off point for my own ideas and just inspiring in general.
