You’re My Obsession: I Heart San Francisco, Coming of Age, California Casual, and Minimal Photography

The Curiosity Shoppe at Target

Way back in 2011 I included The Curiosity Shoppe in one of my You’re My Obsession posts. Note: Don’t judge the design/colors/style etc. of that post. That’s one of those awesome “imported from Blogger” oldies. I still haven’t made it to San Francisco to visit their cool shop in person, but yesterday they launched The Curiosity Shoppe line at Target. And it…is…cool. Want…all…the…things.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower

Did any of you read The Perks of Being a Wallflower? Now there’s a movie, and I want to see it.

Even better news? The movie was written and directed by the author of the book, Stephen Chbosky. That means there’s less chance of pure devastation

Tom Blachford Photography

Do you guys read the Alt Summit blog? Not too long ago I discovered an awesome photographer, Tom Blachford, from one of the images used in a post there. You have to look at all of his work, but the selections below are from his Minimal gallery.

Pickwick & Weller

CoolHunting introduced me to a great new shop for wardrobe basics, Pickwick & Weller.

Guess where I’ll be going for my next long-sleeved v-neck black shirt? My mailbox. Pickwick & Weller sends out Home Fit Kits so you can test out their clothing at home, keep what you want, and send back the rest with no charge for postage.

Plus, their site design is gorgeous. Sold.

Herriott Grace

My first experience with Herriott Grace was the For the Love of Pie: Anne Sage post on their blog, Forty-Sixth At Grace. There are so many great things about this post. First off, as we’ve established before, I love Anne Sage. Second…duh…PIE. Third…look at the gorgeous photographs by Edyta Szyszlo!

P.S. Anne’s partner in pie is Kate Arends of Wit + Delight

Thanks for leading me to this post, DustJacket Attic!
