Hi guys!
I spent most of today creating this mixed media collage for the Collage Scrap Exchange contest from Brown Paper Bag Papirmass, just making the March 15th extended deadline. I feel like it’s been a long time since I started and completed an art piece in one sitting, or even thought too much about doing a new collage. It felt amazing to spend a whole day on concepting and working through to the final piece.
Thanks for the motivation, Veronica Roth! Veronica invited me to participate in her drawing/art/creative exchange today. That lit a fire under my (bruised) butt. Note to self: Dear Fun Mom, Watch out for slides built into the sides of hills. The landing can be rough.
