My lovely friend Supal at Chevrons & Éclairs has put together a cool collaborative project called Art to Inspiration. Today’s artist is Hiroshi Matsumoto from Osaka, Japan, and the piece that we’re gazing at for inspiration is the December 2010-4 oil painting.
Maybe it was the colors…or the upcoming heart day holiday…or that I miss my pal Courtney and I want to go to Austin and eat Mexican food. Whatever started the spark, my thoughts immediately went to a Valentine’s Day brunch with a Mexican twist.
